Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your ZoogShield account from within the app.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, settings, and subscription history will be erased. If you have an active paid subscription, consider contacting us at [email protected] first to avoid losing unused time.
Open the ZoogShield App
Launch the ZoogShield app on your device. Make sure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
Go to Settings
Tap the Settings icon — found in the bottom navigation bar or via the menu (☰) in the top corner of the app.
Scroll Down
In the Settings screen, scroll down towards the bottom to find account management options.
Tap "Delete Account"
Tap the Delete Account button. A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to confirm the permanent deletion.
Confirm Deletion
Tap Confirm in the dialog. Your account will be permanently deleted and you'll be logged out immediately.

What happens after deletion? Your account and all personal data are permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No further charges will be made. Deletion cannot be reversed.
